You can find the latest CCM operating system updates and service releases here:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cmva-3des

You can find the supported updates for Unity here:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_unity/cmptblty/msupdate.htm

Also, make sure that you are running the latest CSA for CCM and Unity.

Unity CSA

If your systems have already been infected by the virus, you will definitely need to clean the infection.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Thanks Brandon,

The systems have a been infected. How can I clean the infection? Could you please help?

Thanks,

The specific answer depends on the infection. The answer in general is to use an antivirus software agent or an online scanning tool such as Trend Micro's Housecall.

The links below list the supported antivirus agents for use with Callmanager and Unity.

Thanks Brandon,

Do I need to reboot the servers after applying patches?

Thanks agian,

That depends on the patch. More often than not, you will need to reboot.
