CCS rejecting calls

One of our Conference Connection servers is refusing calls. The trace files list the reason as being dues to the call being rerouted.

The CTI_RP and CTI ports are in the same partition and search space that the call is originating from.

The call is getting to the CCS server, since the failure is logged.

Any ideas as to what to look for?

It looks like there is some codec issue and the codec used in CCS is G711. You have to check for the codec.
