CCTV solution including telemetry

Has anyone out there implemented a CCTV over Ip solution. utilizing legacy video cameras and controls. good picture quality and camera control ( pan/zoom/tilt/etc) is mandatory.

Any hints or direction on products that can do the codec ( analogue to ip ) conversions plus passing of control functions would be appreciated.

We made the monitoring system of G8 summit in Genoa using legacy cameras, Encoding Mpeg 1 real time ,multicast, pan-tilt zoom. all using a wired and wireless IP lan. We can control the system using a PC drag and drop applications. We use Vbrick encoder ,( we are italian Vbrick's distributor, and also Comapq reseller!! )
