CDR 3.X Time stamp

Hi,

I have the changed the system time of my CCM3.2(3) sr3 from 4 PM to 6AM but the same is not reflecting in my CDR reports for the new calls.The report still show old time format.

How can I solve this problem.

I have stopped & started CDR Insert service & also disabled(False) & enable(True) CDR in service parameters after changing the CCM system time.

Try restarting the CallManager and see if it changes the time.
