cdr analysis

Hi there,

I am currently collecting CDR data via a syslog server from a Cisco voice gateway. Does anyone know if there are any packages that can anlalyse this information for me, rather than doing it manually.

Jim,

Currently we collect CDR info via Radius. We analize the data at 2 levels.

Real time charts, graphs and alarms via in-house mofidications to Radius

to produce E1 utilization, ASR by source/destination and voice quality.

Historic data, daily, weekly and monthly reports for E1 utilizations, ASR and

voice quality are performed under Oracle after loading the data.

Hi Jim,

I want to take monthly report on particular usage based on 800 numbar and few main lines.When i go to CDR i could not see any devices to enable to take this report.So i have to activate anything or going in wrong route?

This feature available in Unity also or in Call manger only?

Hey Jim,

try NetIQ's product: http://www.netiq.com/products/am/modules/analysiscenter.asp.

It's quite elaborate but it does what you are requesting.
