CDR and ART/CDR Analysis

We have installed the Analysis Tool and set the flags for CDR Collection to true.

The problem we have, is that it seems that the CDR were only collected on the day we have set the flags on TRUE.

CCM 3.2(2c)

Any known problems on this issue?

Nope, that sounds about right.

When you install the ART tool it tells you in one of the pop up boxes that ART will only analyze record from 24hours before install, so you can't expect it to go back and run analysys on months worth of records. For that you are going to need a 3rd party application to do your billing records, and if you are intending to go down that route I would advise you to remove ART as soon as possible.

We have two equal installations.

both with callmanager 3.2(2)C, CDR enabled.

Installed CDR Analysis and Reporting Tool.

At the first installation we have records about 2 months.

In the second installation we have records for one day.

I want no billing, i only want to do CDRs and analyse this.
