CDR and Attendant Console

I do not have entries in the CDR of the Attendant CONSOLE pilot POINT. Could everybody tell me how to configure CDR to work with the Attendant Console?

you can try this:

You can pull the User reports from CAR tool [CDR Analysis and Reporting Tool]

Login to CAR tool > TOP N > By user extension

and this should tell you how many incoming calls were recieved by user on a specific extension.

Also, you can monitor the Attrndant Console parameters by Windows Perf Mon OR using Performance tab on RTMT tool.

You could always consider Queries directly from the DB.
