We would like to see a report that shows the volume of incoming calls going to different Attendant Console Pilot Points, but we don't see an option for this in ART. We did see an option that would allow us to run a report on a Gateway/Hunt Pilot, so we thought we could configure the Line Group to go to the Attendant Console Pilot Point to allow us to run the reports we want, but it won't let you configure it that way. Is there another way we can get ART to report on volume of calls going to an Attendant Console Pilot Point?
