CDR DATA MISSING

Hi ,

We are having ccm 4.0(1). There are two servers in a cluster. Publisher and subsciber. all the phones are registered to subsciber.

The main problem is that Most of the calls are not recorded in the CDR.

Only certain calls are recorded inthe cdr folder. There is no pending files in the cdr folder.

for example i we had called 15000 calls in a month only 10000 calls will be recorded. no idea about the remaining.

Please help me in solving this case.

Please check that DBL service is up and running in all servers within the cluster.

CDR insert must be running only in the PUB.

"There is no pending files in the cdr folder", Please check that folder in all the servers.

Make sure CDR enable flag is turn on in all the servers.
