Hi,
We got this issue:
CDR EXPORT Comes up with an error : Error code 10011.
Currently we already use the latest CDR version 4.1(0.41).

You may be hitting bug CSCsb18851: Export CDR/CMR not working in CAR
Symptom:
The feature CDR/CMR is not working properly. When the data is very less, the systems shows an error : 10011: Error: Contact System Administrator. For large data sometimes the CDR/CMR's are downloaded properly while at other times it shows 0 KB downloaded.
Conditions:
4.1(3)Sr1
If this is your case please upgrade to SR2 or SR3a

We have upgraded the Call Manager to the latest patch ES42. That is high that the SR2 or SR3a version.

The fix was included in ES47, so I think that is the best to upgreade to SR3a that is the latest at this moment.
