We have a callmanager version 3.3(3)sr1. When we uses a CDR reports only download report to January 15th when we select a other days for example January 16Th , I view this message "date its not available for the date range select. Date is available only from Nov. 19, 2003 to January 15, 2004 "
Check the cdr table in the SQL database to see if there actually are cdr records for a given user on the specified date range. If you have and did not see any records, then that is why CAR will not be able to access those records.
