CDR files with read-only selected.

someone could help me with this question?

What the cause of the CDR tickets are generated with the property READ ONLY? My billing software generates logs of warning when that property is selected.

Each ticket that is generated, is also generated a log, and sometimes is necessary to clear those logs.

Are you using any third party billing software? If so which is the 3rd party billing software you are using?

Some third-party billing software fails to gather the Call Detail Record (CDR) data to generate billing reports. CDR data is written to the C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetails\BAD directory.
