In Service Parameters Configuration-Cisco CDR insert-there is no Parameter name, Parameter Value or suggested Value. I have installed CAR and can see all the CDR should there be a value in here?-Stephen

Nope, that is the way it should be.
The parameters are now configured under Enterprise Parameters and Cisco Database Layer Monitor.
