Hi. Just was curious if anyone has ran into this or not and might know how to fix it. I have a TAC case open as well.
CCM 3.3(2)spC. CDR is working, but can not pull up the web interface for it. All CDR services are running and it's enabled everywhere. When try to bring up CDR tool it saids can not find page or DNS. Have set it to use IP address and same thing. Have uninstalled CDR and reinstalled with no change. No errors in event log and CCMservice user is authencating successfully when CDR page tool is selected. Have restarted server, etc as well.
We can get data by querying SQL database fine. SQL EM saids no problems with database.
