CDR Issues

Hi,

There is an issue with my CCM 4.1.3 Sometimes it shows reports from CDR but sometimes it says that reports are available till a certain date suppose 10 days before the current date. After I reboot the cluster it starts showing again. Again it stops after 10-15 days.

Is there any permanent resolution for this.

There are some issues with CDR in CCM 4.1.3. Make sure you have the latest SR installed.

If you have the SR2 installed, contact TAC and see if there is any bug associated with this or not.
