Hi,
I am using CCM 4.0.
I want all my CDR Raw Data Files to put in an external Server.
I mapped that particular Drive but its not going.
CDR UNC Path
Local CDR Path*
These are two where I need to change.
Can you suggest how to go ahead with this.
The mapped Drive is X:\ProgramFiles\RawData
Thanks in Advance.

Once I remember had a similar case in which the customer was trying to achieve the same.
Since it was a CCM version which uses private password phrase...
The SQLsvc password was encrypted using private password phrase so we wasnt able to know the password.
So we configured a local account in the remote server SQLSvc account
Entering the UNC path in enterprise parameters and making sure the CCM servers were able to contact the
remote server. We reset the password for that account according to the following link:

And that make it work. Otherwise you may post the DBL|CDR insert trace to see which path the CCM is trying to connect.
Let me know

Is there any other automatic way to push all data files from the CDR Folder to any other Folder in Network. This procedure looks pretty risky in production systems.
