Hi,
In version 4 of CallManager, whenever the system was restarted the value for GlobalCallID_CallID in the CallDetailRecord table would go back to 1. Does anyone know if this is still true for CallManager 5 and 6?

Check this bug details:CSCec34834- globalcallid_callid does not persist over CCM restart,CSCsd77124
All records that are associated with a standard call have the same Global all ID in them. See CDR Record Field Descriptions, for Global Call ID values.

thanks for the reply. I'm aware of this behaviour in CCM 4.1. I was *hoping* that it might have been fixed in the later releases. Has this bug been fixed?
