CDR records stopped after 3.3 upgrade

How can I get the CDR records to show up again after the CCM 3.3 upgrade?? The current flag is set to True but I don't have any current CDR records on the CallManager. I have stopped and restarted the service etc.

Are you trying to do User Reports or a CDR Search? If you can do a search on an extension and get back data, but can't do reports, then you need to go to the System pulldown, Control Center, and make sure the reporting scheduler is started. If it is you might try stopping and starting it.

You will have to wait a day before your reports will work again.
