CDR records using CallTrac

After doing an upgrade to the Call Managers from 3.3 to 4.1, CallTrac is not getting CDR information. ODBC seems to be setup correctly (the accounts and string are correct and I can successfully do a test). I have checked the enterprise paramaters and also the service paramaters and all of them are correct. Any help would be great. Thanks.

CallManager 4.0 uses windows authentication and not SQL. We had to modify SQL in order to use SQL authentication aswell as Windows.

1) Right click on the server in SQL Enterprise Manager, select properties, go to the Security tab and for the Authentication, select SQL Server and Windows.

2) Run Admin Utility to sync all passwords.

Yes, try the adminutility and also verify that the account that you are using has the same rights as the CCMCDR
