There is nothing In the CDR report. Here is what I did:
Log in CCM;
Access CDR analysis and reporting;
Click traffic summary of the system report
Enter the period I need and click view report. But nothing in the report.
Do I have to do some configuration in order to see the report?
Did you enable CDRs at all ?Go to Service -> Service Parameters -> Cisco CallManager Services on each server and set CdrEnabled to "True". For QoS parameters set Call Diagnostics Enabled to "True".
