CDR Reporting Issue

First,

CCM 3.3(2)spC, CDR 3.3(0.36)

Here is the problem, when we run a report it does not list the users calls under their name but rather under Attendant Console to which the phone is assigned as well. This happens with the ICD 2.x/3.x ID's as well.

Is there a way is resolve this or is it a "feature" of the reporting tool.

Unfortunately there is no way to resolve this issue when multiple LDAP (directory) users are assocaited to a device. CAR does an LDAP query to return the 1st user associated to a phone device, and this is not currently configurable. I believe the currently planned update to CAR is to have it classify the calls as belonging to all users associated with that phone device since 99% of the time it is 1 valid user and 1 "system" user like AC/ICD/RMUser etc.

CAR is a very basic reporting package, something like Mind CTI or ISI Infotel might serve you better. /Wes
