CDR Reporting

We have a pilot point setup which gets rolled over to several DN's. Is there a way to figure out how many calls were received on the pilot point and how the calls got routed?

If you are familiar with SQL, you can check the CallDetailRecord table in the CDR database of the CallManager directly...

The callingPartyNumber column identifies the calling party.

The originalCalledPartyNumber identifies the number the call was originally connected to.

The finalCalledPartyNumber identifies the number the call was last connected to.

And the lastRedirectDn column identifies the last number to perform a redirect on the call.

You may be able to check the originalCalledPartyNumber field to see which pilot point the call originally connected to and the finalCalledPartyNumber field to see which DN answered the call.

Not sure if that is of any help. Like many things, the information is generally available, it is all a matter of pulling the data out in a way that is useful.
