CDR reports showing high number of "other" calls

I recently installed CDR on my CM 4.1(2)es39 cluster. The traffic summary reports that are being generated are all showing high numbers of calls categorized as "others". From what I read about "other" calls is they are toll-free calls. I know this is inaccurate as my company does not call that many toll-free numbers. Has anyone else seent his before ? Any ideas on what could be getting mis-reported as "other" calls ?

Dont want to give any wrong information but in my implementation the "others" refered to calls on my remote branches using the FXO to place calls via the local pstn lines.
