We are running CCM 3.3(2). When running either a billing report for all users or a QoS detail report for a month, the files are truncated stopping after just over 20,000 records. Is this the maximum number these reports can handle? Our users make over 20,000 calls in less than a week. Weekly reports could be generated but I would like have all the data in as few reports as possible.
Anyone have any suggestions, even including third party software?
