CDR Softphone / Classical IP Phone

Hi,

When A softphone is associated to the same number as the normal IP phone ( A 7940 for example). Is there a way to distinguish in the CDR /CMR the calls that are done by the softphone and by the IP Phone ?

The phone types are listed in the CDR database in SQL under the 'origdevicename' & 'destdevicename' upon returning all tables. Alternatively export it to excel and it's all there too.

The only reservation is the way you've setup the CTI ports whether with a simple common name (thus easy search string) or not.
