Cell Phones ...some carriers work , some don't

We run CCM 3.1 and Unity 3.0 , PRI thru a 3640 , You can make a land line call , hit opening greeting ,works all the time... when you make a call using cell carrier "x" call to opening greeting rings open....cell carrier "y" seems to work ok ??

If anyone had come across this , I could use your advice...Thanks in Advance

Believe it or not, I have had a similar problem. If I was further than 15 miles from work, and tried to log in and check msgs from my cell (pressing *) it would disconnect. Everyone thought I was crazy. We finally upgraded our CM and Unity versions and the problem stopped. Never figured out the root cause. Not sure if that's much help.
