Centralised Unity 3.0 Voicemail Only

I am designing a CM3.2 network with Multiple centralised CM sites with some of these sites interfacing to a single centralised Unity3.0 voicemail only system. Are there any issues, constraints, limitations having multi-centralised CM networked to one Unity.

One of the biggest issues is that you have to make sure that there is enough bandwidth to always make a call across the WAN. For instance, if the call needs to be forwarded back of the WAN (because the user didn't answer or was busy), if the call fails because of call admission control, the caller will be dropped.
