CER Emergency Message

I am trying to find out what is presented to the security contact when a phone makes a 911 call. What I can find says that ERL plays a prerecorded message that includes the phone number that made the emergency call. What other information is in the message? Is that message somewhere that can be modified or at least listened to ahead of time? Is just the Phone Number given or is there location information also included?

Point me to the documentation is possible.

Thanks in advance

Re: CER Emergency Message

It just notifies you of the extension that made the 911 call. There are also two other notifications that you can configure. SMTP (e-mail sent to security contact) they can also log into the CER server with lower priveledges and get an alert on the PC. Both of these notifications include locatio information.
