I am working on installing a CER 1.2(3a) in a test/demo environment with CallManager 4.1. I am having trouble getting my CER CTI Route Points to register on CallManager. Any help is appreciated.

I assume that you have installed 1.2CER & have upgraded to 1.2(3).
Try running the following batch file:
C:\Program Files\CiscoSystems\CiscoER\bin\CCM4.1.bat
Also make sure that you have installed the JTAPI client from the CCM plug-in page.
