Is there any way to make the CFwdALL button "remember" the last number that was used as a destination? On our Nortel system once you enter the Call Forward destination it is remembered and all you have to do is push the button twice to activate. Getting requests from our users for the same functionality on the 79XX phones.
Thanks!

I think the closest you can come is to make a speed dial button. They could then press CFwdALL and the speed dial.
Hope this helps.

Hi Steven,
We still run Nortel as well along with CCM.I guess we are lucky that most of our users are so happy to receive the new Cisco phone that they quickly forget about what they once had. Most of them only ever CFWD to VM anyways, so when you show them that they can do this by simply pressing the CFwdALL Softkey and the Message key, they are more than happy! I think Brandons idea for people who might forward to Cell phones etc. is a good fit.
Take care!
Rob
