Hi All, i want ask whether i can change standard call waiting tone into Music.thus when someone call he can hear music waiting tone. is it posible?? i use CCM 4.13 iphone 7970.thanks
You can change from Tone on Hold to Music on Hold fairly easy. Cisco has some built in wav files to broadcast the RTP steam from the server. If you plan on MoH, plan accordingly. MoH can cause quite a bit a traffic sometimes and a load on your CCM server that is streaming it. If you have a large CCM network, it would be advisable to install a dedicated MoH server.
