Change CCME Network Locale Version

I have 2 phones which can access the directory on a CCME box & 1 which can not (I get host not found).

A debug ip http server on the CCME box shows the box responds differently according to which phone makes the url request.

I think this is due to the network locale version (which shows 4.1(3)) on the 2 phones which can access the directory.

There is no network locale version showing on the phone which can not access the ccme directory.

All phones run the same version of firmware (confirmed with show ephone phone-load).

So, my question is :- how can I change the network locale version on a phone registered to ccme.

Can't see any info on CCO or netpro.

TIA,

Paul.

Re: Change CCME Network Locale Version

Hi Paul,

This might not be what you're after, but:

According to the link : http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/prod_installation_guide09186a00806dad6a.html

Locale files required are:

? 7911 ? code tc

? 7941/7961 ? code mk

? 7970/7971 ? code td

The locale files can be downloaded from:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/CME-Locale
