Change default background or restrict sub-menu background access ?

Hi,

I would like to change the default backgroung on my IP phone with CUCM 6.1, I want to replace the Cisco default background by my company logo in that way the end user will not have the possibility to change background.

Do you know where the Cisco default background is located on the CUCM ?

Other possibility, do you know if it's possible to restrict the user access menu to the background sub-menu ?
