change # of rings till voice mail xfer?

Is there any way to change the # of rings it takes before it Goes to voicemail on Call forward busy / No Answer?

People around here want about 5 rings and our system is about 3.5-4 rings.

There is a no-answer timer. Set to 12 seconds by default. Go into service parameters and choose call manager. Scroll down and you will find the fwd-no-answer timer. There should be a fwd-on-busy timer also.

Think about 4 sec = 1ring
