I have CCM 4.13sr3c lab (Publisher and Subscriber).

The default T302 Timer is 15000, try to change to 4000. It works after I press the digit, it busy out after 4 sec.

However, if I get out the "service parmeter", then get back in again... it change back 15000.

It is not just T302 timer, I tried to change "auot answer Timer" from 1 to 5. It will change back to 5 once I left the webpage.

Any ideas...

Ken

Are the Publisher and Subscriber on the same LAN? How are you begining a web session with the callmanager https:///ccmadmin or https:///ccmadmin?

Pepe

Publisher and Subscriber are on the same vlan.

I use https:///ccmadmin to access web page.

Thanks

Ken,

Are you trying to update this through web interface from a browser on your PC or on the server itself ?

Any thing wrong with the browser (Do you see any a yellow exclamation mark ) at the bottom when you click update on service parameters page ?

I am trying to update web interface on the server itself.

I did not notice any yellow exclamation mark, but I will check tonight...

So what if I saw yellow exclamation mark?? how to fix it??

Ken

Hi please enter the callmanager web page by using https:///ccmadmin and trie to do the changes. Don't forget to update the changes.

Good Luck,

Pepe

Tried at lab last night....

It doest matter you log as CCM name or IP address.

For instance:

you change T302 from 15000 to 4000, then u get out "service parameter", go somewhere like "Device-->Gateway", then go back to "Service Parameter", the number change back to 15000. However, when u test the interdigit timeouts, it is 4000msec.

Then you close the webpage, login again, the number will be 4000msec.

It is weird, but I can live like that...

Thanks for help.

Ken

Clear the browser Temp Internet files Cookies and History files then close and re-open the browser. Chances are the settings for the browser are using the stored web page instead of pulling one from the server.
