Hello there! I have a <CiscoIPPhoneImageFile> object that displays a PNG image file with a couple of SoftKey buttons. The image file is kind of large and it takes a few sec to download it. Now at certain user scenarios, I'll need to change the SoftKey buttons(add some new buttons or remove some buttons) dynamically but keep the same image. I can push another <CiscoIPPhoneImageFile> object with the same image and a different set of SoftKey buttons, but that will cause the phone to RE-download the same image all over again and is a total time waste. Is there a way to avoid the RE-downloading but change the soft buttons only? Thank you very much for your help!

No, Cisco doesn't know incremental updates to a screen. If you need that, you gotta get Alcatel phones.. their XML syntax allows for updates to an existing screen.

Thanks Stephan! I hope Cisco will enable each feature in the future!
