When user log in his maol box to change his personal greeting or password, he has to press 4 or 1 somthing. My customer would like change these number as same as their existing PBX so that user don't have to remember two sets of those digits, because they have PBX and Unity two seperate mail box. For example they would like press 84 to access password change option, is there a way to do this?

I assume you mean they have two different voice mail systems? Short answer is no, you can't customize the subscriber conversation to map menu items to numbers like that...
