Changing Call Handler Greetings

Is it possible to call in to Unity from the Outside and re-record a Call Handler greeting? I have a customer that wants to be able to call in and change the opening greeting to something specific on a case by case basis. Is there any way to do this?<br><br>

Currently there's no way to change a call handler greeting over the phone, you have to do this from the SA. The only work around here is to use a subscriber as your opening greeting which some folks have done. Create a dummy subscriber for this and multiple folks can log in as that guy and change the greetings at will.

Not optimal, I know, but currently that's the only way around it if you don't have access to the SA. The applications team has on it's list a seperate installable conversation that will allow folks to get at call handler greetings over the phone, but I don't have a schedule in place for that yet...
