Changing Call Park Text

Hi,

I've got a multinational CCM4.1(3) install.

To keep a scalable dial plan I use 8 digit DN's for system functions like call park etc.

When my German users park a call, the text on the phone screen takes up so much space that the last couple of digits of the call park number are truncated so there's no way my users can see where the call is parked.

I think the solution will be to change the text which shows on the screen of the phone to something more abbreviated.

As this is locale specific sent from CCM to the phone in a SCCP message is there a way to change the text ?

That is built-in in the code, you may change the call park range or contact your Cisco AM to fill a PER request.
