Is there a way to change the CLID on an incoming call on a PRI on a 2600? Thanks.

It is not possible on the IOS router to change the calling Number. If you are using Avvid then CM 3.1 allows prefixing of digits in translation patterns which may give what you want

Actually, yes you can alter the calling party's number in IOS, using the translation-rule feature.
