For changing the order of names, you can try the following in xmldirectorylist.asp file:
var fullname = users[i].FirstName + ", " + users[i].LastName;
var fullname = users[i].LastName + ", " + users[i].FirstName;
You may have to restart the IIS service after the changing. As this is not a standard procedure to modify the xmldirectorylist.asp, the xmldirectorylist.asp will be changed back to the orginal once you upgrade the callmanager. You have to modify the Xmldirectorylist.asp file again after the upgrading.
Is there a way to search by Department as well? Currently the Directory is only searchable for First Name, Last Name, or Number. The department field is filled in fo reach user so in theory we should be able to search on that field, correct?
