Is there a way to change the Directory Handler greeting. I am getting customer complaints that is doesn't say enter first 3 digits of the first and last name instead of enter first and last name.
Currently changing the Directory handler is an unsupported operation. I do believe there are plans, however, in the future to do multi-tenant support which should allow you to manage your directory handlers. This is 4.x though.
