Changing extensions

What is the procedure if you need to change an extension? Currently I have tried just to change the extension on the subscriber mailbox, but when I call the old voicemail still plays. Do I need to delete and re-add the subscriber? <br><br>

no need to readd the subscriber... if you change the extension number on the profile page of the subscriber in the SA, that should do the trick.
