Changing MAC Address on 3745 Fa0/0

I'm using 3745's as PSTN access routers at remote field sites. The routers also contain a DSP farm for audio conferencing. I've turned up 12 of the sites without issue. One particular site seems to change the MAC address of the fa0/0 interface each time I reboot the router. The changing of this MAC address affects the configuration of my Conference Bridge. The Conference Bridge is configured using the MAC address in the Confence Bridge Name field. Is their a way in which I've enabled the MAC address to change with every router reboot or can I configure a Conference Bridge Name not using the MAC address? I'm using 12.2(13)T1 code.

This looks like a bug in the IOS. And also Cisco 3745 is a new model, You have to check for any known caveats in the release notes.
