Changing order of numbers/letters for logging into ip phone agents
We are upgrading our Call Manager to 4.1(3) . I want to change what comes first (letters or numbers) on the phone when an agent logs into "ip phone agent" (for username and passwords). Is there a way to change this Order in Call Manager 4.1(3)?
