What is the procedure, if the Exchange server is being replaced? Is there a documented procedure? My customer thinks it should be something like this...
Shut down Unity; Install the New Exchange Server;Move exchange accounts from old server to new server; Turn up Unity and let it find the accounts when it re-joins the Exchange server.
