Changing text "Unknow Number" on incoming calls with no caller-ID ?

Hello,

Did somebody know how to change in CCM the message "Unknow Number" that display on ip phones on incoming calls that did not carry caller-ID (from analog gateway for example) ? I would like to display text (ex:"Internal Call").

In CCM2.4 I used the "Display" parameter available on each H323 gw.

(I already tried Service > ServiceParameters > MyCCM > CiscoCallManager > UnknowCallerID and UnknowCallerIdText with no success.)

Those are the commands to use. Looks like it’s going to have to be diagnosed on your network. It might be a 2.4 issue. Are you going to 3.1 anytime soon? Be careful not to delete any service params while you’re testing this.
