Changing the domain and partner server Unity3.15

Customer has a UM 3.15 system which requires reconfiguration so that it partners a different exchange server in a different domain. Is there a procedure available which we can follow. For worst case scenario if we had to rebuild the Unity server in the new domain can we save the existing greetings customers have, pls advise how.

Assuming Exchange 2000/2003 here...

Unity doesn't require that the partner Exchange server be in the same domain as long as it is in the same forest and premissions are set up properly.

Customer is also changing Unity so it joins a different Active Directory aswell as a new domain controller and Exchange server. Is there a procedure there that can help us with these changes, also how can I save the customers messages(new ac's will be created in the new AD).

Sorry I wish to save the Greetings on Unity not the messages(saved anyway on Exchange server).

You will need to reinstall from scratch to take care of this. You can use DiRT to backup and restore. DiRT is designed to help with this type of migration. Check out the following URLs from details:
