Changing Unity System Prompts

In Unity as we have the capability to change all Greetings for the Call Handlers and Subscribers (seeing that these are merely *.wav files), is there a way to change/re-record the System Prompts within Unity....seeing that these are also *.wav files. <br><br>This would give the Enterprise ABC, the ability to have a Uniform voice being heard throughtout the entire Unity System.....adding the personalized touch.<br><br>NOTE: I understand that these wav files are in the Commserver subdirectory but it is NOT obvious which wav filename corresponds to which exact System greeting/prompt.<br><br><br>TIA<br><br>

Folks have played with this and it is possible but we (Cisco) don't support changing the system prompts in Unity. Therefore we don't have a map of when greetings are played, TAC won't help you do it, etc. Also, during the upgrade process the custom prompts will be overwritten. I think you might find that custom prompts would end up being more trouble than they are worth.
