Changing URL for the ART and BAT applications

Hi All,

Trying to change the ip address or the server name in the following link from the Application menu:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/art/Logon.jsp with no success.

I changed the CallManager ip address and when openning the ART or BAT urls still it is looking for the old ip Address. Any idea????

Unfortunately these values must be edited in the database, or the plugins must be reinstalled.

Only if you are comfortable with SQL and the Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Manager GUI, go into the CCM03xx database, open the Plugins table, and change the values for ART and BAT appropriately.
